Founded in 2021, Next-Gen Agents’ mission is to educate real estate agents on cutting-edge forms of lead generation, new business models, and social media videos. We do this through the many articles found on this site, our Podcast where we interview real estate agents doing interesting and innovative things, and through our YouTube channel.

Founded by Malcolm Lawson who is a real estate agent with REAL Broker and has been a YouTuber and blogger for 12+ years and personally uses these tactics to generate real estate leads for his team. Malcolm is also the founder of LivingInMaryland.com, Next-GenAgents.com, YouTubeLeadGen.com, and co-founder of the Real Estate YouTube Mastermind Facebook Group which has over 15,000 real estate agents in it.
