This calculator is counting the $24,000 in Elite Agent stock award as “cash equivalent” and calculating that it will take 21 transactions after capping to receive this award. You should note that team leaders can receive this award with fewer transactions and you can also receive the Elite Agent Award by earning $500,000 in GCI during your caping year.

If you are a team member with a $6,000 or $4,000 a year cap, your transaction fee will also drop to the Elite Agent Transaction Fee amount when the team leader hits Elite Agent.
